JOB OVERVIEW

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, educating them about our innovative steering technology products, and converting leads into customers. You will work closely with the sales team to generate and manage leads, provide information, answer inquiries, and follow up on customer requests. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) offering flexibility in your working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service, preferably in technology or automotive sectors.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in a clear and relatable way.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Highly organized, with good time-management skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Familiarity with steering technology, automotive systems, or engineering solutions.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Outbound Calls & Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients, including automotive companies, vehicle manufacturers, and engineering firms, to introduce our steering technology products.
  • Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products to prospective customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-up calls, email communication, and other outreach strategies.
  • Sales & Upselling: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, promoting upgrades or additional products where applicable.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and progress through CRM software.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
