While experience in the waste industry is a bonus, it’s by no means essential – we’ve got the expertise to get you up to speed. What’s more important is your approach and a can-do attitude.

  • Experience in desk-based sales, telesales, or B2B lead generation is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilient, target-driven, and proactive by nature
  • Strong organisation and able to manage your own pipeline
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office package
  • A passion for sustainability, innovation, and doing things differently is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You’ll be a key player in our high-energy team and will be working closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to help drive new business and open doors to exciting partnerships. Your mission will be to:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives to identify and qualify new B2B opportunities
  • Proactively research key targets to ensure our efforts are directed to appropriate opportunities to maximise impact
  • Engage with decision-makers to promote our innovative waste and recycling solutions
  • Secure appointments for our field sales team and following up on inbound enquiries
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and pipeline progress
  • Share insights and customer feedback to help shape our sales strategy
