POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Telesales Representative - Stock Broker, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, educating them about investment opportunities, and guiding them through the process of buying and selling stocks. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and leveraging your knowledge of the financial markets to offer personalized investment solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of stock brokering and financial markets, including familiarity with trading platforms and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial products and convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Highly goal-driven with a strong desire to exceed sales targets and achieve results.
  • A professional and confident approach to handling objections and closing sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and telesales software.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients, introducing them to investment opportunities and financial products.
  • Provide expert guidance on stock market trends, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are informed about their investments and market movements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with financial market news, stock performance, and trading regulations to advise clients accurately.
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of leads, converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and handle any customer inquiries regarding stock trading, account management, and other related services.
  • Assist clients with setting up investment accounts and executing trades when needed.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to financial services and client interactions.
