We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience - 2+ years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will be responsible to reach out to all existing & potential customers through phone calls to capture orders, generate leads, qualify prospects, and ultimately sell the company’s products by initiating contact with them, often through cold calling, to identify needs and present a compelling value proposition, aiming to set up appointments or close deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including order processing, gap analysis, office visits, and sample management.
  • Outbound Calls: Responsible for outbound sales calls to existing customers to ensure order capture in weekly basis. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and identify potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company product knowledge. Understand products to offer valuable solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall sales goals.
  • Product Launches: Inform customers and potential customers about new product launches.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team on all campaigns, including new product promotions and existing line promotions.
  • Web Inquiries: Manage all new web inquiries.
