Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential buyers, sellers, and investors via phone to generate and convert leads
  • Explain project details, features, pricing, and other relevant information clearly and persuasively
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly to close deals
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with customer interactions and feedback
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Build long-term customer relationships and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches

Key Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Fluent in English (and regional languages as required)
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
