We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating sales leads. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in telemarketing techniques. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new sales techniques.

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to generate interest and secure appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing sales.
  • Continuously improve telemarketing strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
