We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive who is not just a salesperson, but a genuine relationship builder and problem solver. The right candidate will convert inbound leads into loyal clients, maintain accurate records, and represent Cureasy’s values with honesty and energy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4+ years of proven telesales / telemarketing / call center sales experience (healthcare, insurance, or service sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with proficiency in Excel, CRM - strong documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, empathetic, and confidential when dealing with patients.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion & Sales
  • Engage with potential clients over phone/WhatsApp/email in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Clearly explain Cureasy’s services, benefits, and packages — handling objections with confidence.
  • Convince leads to try out services while upholding value-based pricing (no unnecessary discounts).
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Client Data Collection
  • Gather complete client details (name, phone, email, address, service requirement).
  • Input and update lead/client data in sheets, CRM, software based documentation with 100% accuracy.
  • Business & Client Understanding
  • Quickly learn Cureasy’s services and communicate them effectively.
  • Understand client needs (elderly care, post-surgical rehab, etc.) and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Share client insights and feedback with management to improve offerings.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain structured call logs, follow-ups, and sales funnel tracking.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.
