At DIFG, we’re expanding and looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to help us grow our customer base, re-engage lapsed clients, and drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers to increase sales and site activations
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying customer needs
  • Following up on new leads and inbound sales enquiries
  • Promoting new products, monthly promotions, and our wider product range
  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborating with the Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Updating our client database and tracking key customer information
  • Supporting the Senior Sales Team with reports and analysis when needed
    We are looking for solid education to GCSE level ideally (English and Maths minimum) with previous experience in telesales or customer service. You will be working with a range of different customers so attention to detail is key, as is the ability to retain and report accurately all customer and order information across our systems. You will be positive, resilient, engaging and never give up on getting hold of that key customer contact.
    You will be joining a brilliant and highly supportive team, with a fast pace and clear purpose. They will support you as you settle in to your new role, there is always someone around to ask for help, and most importantly they are more than willing to do so.
