POSITION OVERVIEW:

Corrib Oil have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive within the Oil Distribution division. This entry level sales role would suit an organised, competitive spirited individual who is eager to grow Corrib Oils market presence throughout Ireland.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • A target driven & ambitious sales minded individual, with a drive to prove themselves in a sales role.
  • Natural communicator and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage customer over the phone daily.
  • Self-motivated and with drive to deliver consistent results.
  • Accountability for performance and personal ownership skills development.
  • Sales training is preferred but can be provided.
  • A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
  • Excellent telephone manner is essential.
  • Ability to develop positive business relationships to ‘close’ a sale.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online marketing, including social media

As our Telesales Executive on direct sales for Oil Distribution you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving sales and delivering top-tier service to our clients. You will report directly to the Telesales Team Lead. The successful candidate will be a confident people person who can fit into Corrib Oil seamlessly and adopt a hands-on approach to their role. The role will be based in Corrib Oil’s office located in Pouladuff Road, Cork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Corrib’s products and services.
  • Win new business by generating new leads and business relationships
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to customers and prospects.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with line manager.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers and parties throughout the sales process.
  • Direct prospects to field team when needed.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Provide ad hoc phone-based customer service and support additional sales projects as required.
  • Track customer generation statistics.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with role
