REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (experience in business setup / PRO services / consulting in UAE is highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland, and offshore company setup procedures will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of telesales or business setup consulting experience.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team specializing in UAE business setup and company formation consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our services, and converting leads into customers by providing professional guidance on business setup solutions across mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions in the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and explain business setup and formation services in the UAE.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about company formation, licensing, visa services, and compliance requirements.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to support their business goals.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about UAE company formation regulations, free zones, and government processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with all client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with business consultants and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients.
