OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our small but dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with experience in B2B telemarketing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success

Responsibilities

ABOUT US & THE ROLE

EasyFit Window Company is a supplier of glass, as well as uPVC and aluminium windows and doors to trade customers in the fenestration industry.
The Telesales Executive role is a self employed office based one, offering 35 hours per week (9:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday)
In addition to the salary, we are also offering bonus incentives for exceeding weekly target sales.

DUTIES

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and referrals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing deals
  • Provide feedback on customer responses to improve sales strategies
