Job Summary: The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and meeting targets through effective communication with potential and existing customers over the phone. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and closing sales deals to contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on products, services, and sales techniques.
