JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a confident and motivated Female Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in one or more South or Southeast Asian languages to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our services, and closing sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidates only (due to client communication preferences).
• Must be fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, Tagalog, or other South/Southeast Asian languages.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients.
• Clearly explain products and services offered by the company.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work as part of a multilingual team to support a wide client base.
