JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, preferably within the hospitality or immigration industry. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into successful sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidate only
• Proven experience in telesales or customer service
• Background in hospitality or immigration industry is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, Bengalii, Tagalog, Nepalii, English ,
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
• Professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-up activities
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of client requirements
