JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team and guide clients through our Immigration and Visa services. This is a client-facing, target-driven role focused on outbound calling and lead conversion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3+ years of experience in telesales, consulting, or business intelligence (any industry).
• Experience in Outbound Tele Sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a bonus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Able to meet or exceed targets within deadlines.

• Contact potential clients via outbound calls using provided leads.
• Explain immigration/visa services and schedule consultations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client communication.
• Ensure a smooth and professional visa and immigration service process.
• Follow communication scripts and adapt to client responses.
• Support the growth of the organization with a transparent, results-focused approach.
