The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role involves contacting potential and existing customers to promote products/services, handling customer queries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• One (1) year experience as a Telesales Executive (Freshers can also apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred).
• Fluency in English and Hindi

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote services.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and recommend suitable solutions.

• Maintain strong service knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Record customer information, sales, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle customer objections professionally and work towards closing sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
