JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and driven B2B Telesales Executive to join our ambitious and growing team at Defib Machines. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business at the forefront of workplace safety, offering a life-saving product with proven impact and demand.
As a key member of the telesales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, upgrading existing customers, and guiding clients through the sales process over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow personally and professionally in a supportive, high-performing environment.
This role is based full-time in our expanding central Leeds office.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and lead generation.
  • Resilient and able to handle objections professionally and constructively.
  • Ability to understand and confidently communicate technical product features and benefits.

    Pay: £25,400.00-£57,500.00 per year
