About the Role: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Executive to engage with automotive dealerships and promote value-added products that enhance their existing platform. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing dealer partners, identifying opportunities for upselling, and delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to introduce and sell value-added products and services. Engage existing platform users to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Clearly articulate and demonstrate product benefits, ROI, and competitive advantages. Manage a structured sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively. Collaborate with internal teams (product, account management, marketing) to optimise sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM system. Key Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or related sales experience. Excellent English communication skills, with experience working with global clients, especially Australian customers. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Preferred Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools. Experience in automotive, SaaS, or B2B sales is highly desirable. Understanding of automotive dealership operations and digital platforms. Experience selling value-added or subscription-based products, with the ability to explain technical or platform-based solutions in simple terms. Success Metrics: Revenue generated from upselling value-added products Conversion rate from outbound calls Pipeline growth and deal closure rates Customer engagement and retention levels Reporting: Successful candidate will report to the National Sales Manager Australia/New Zealand
