THE ROLE

We’re looking for a confident, target-driven Telesales Executive to generate new business by selling our laundry service contracts over the phone. You’ll be speaking with business owners, GMs, and procurement teams to understand their needs and offer contract-based laundry solutions that save time, money, and hassle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Outbound calling to warm and cold leads across various industries
• Identifying client needs and matching them with tailored service packages
• Booking appointments or closing service contracts directly (depending on process)
• Maintaining accurate CRM records of conversations, pipeline, and contracts
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or referrals
• Liaising with field sales / account management where needed
