Telesales Executive

We are seeking experienced Sales Executives (Telesales) with a proven track record in tele-sales, particularly in the i-gaming or online entertainment industry. The ideal candidates should be fluent in Telegu, Kannada & Hindi, the role primarily focuses on convincing and onboarding clients for our gaming website, promoting new offers, providing clear process explanations, and offering continuous support to our clientele.

Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive information about our gaming website. Effectively communicate and pitch new offers, promotions, and packages to potential clients.
Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. Maintain Records: Document all client interactions, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Fluency in Telegu, Kannada & Hindi is a plus. Proficiency in Hindi is a must. (Required). Location: Dubai (Required).
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: AED 2,500.00 per month + GOOD Incentive.
