JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Hindi-speaking Telesales Executive (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, and have at least one year of telesales or customer service experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory (spoken and understanding)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for sales
• Female candidates only
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Telesales : 1 year (Preferred)

• Hindi (Required)

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer databases and follow up as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
