POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Telesales Executive, act as the first point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and facilitating high-value property investments. Collaborate closely with the Senior Investment Advisor, CEO, and COO, gaining exposure to premium deals in Dubai’s luxury property market.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Clear, confident, and professional English communication skills; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
  • Team player with strong reporting discipline.
  • Performance-driven, motivated by results.
