JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships over the phone, and driving sales conversions for property projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills (English, Arabic, or other languages a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate trends and property market (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • High level of self-motivation, confidence, and resilience.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Introduce and promote real estate projects, property listings, and investment opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and existing clients.
