Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Telesales Executive who has worked within the plumbing & heating trade to join our nationally recognised client on a full-time, permanent basis.
Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

THE ROLE:

In this office-based telesales position, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our trade customers. You’ll be promoting a wide range of plumbing and heating products, managing customer accounts, and working closely with our trade counter and external sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively making outbound calls to generate new business and follow up on leads
• Handling inbound sales enquiries and converting them into orders
• Advising customers on plumbing and heating products and availability
• Building strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Creating and following up on quotes
• Supporting the external sales and branch teams
