Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to focus exclusively on the sale of automation systems, including automatic gates, doors, boom barriers, access control, smart home systems, and related electronics.
The ideal candidate must have strong cold calling experience, excellent closing skills, and fluency in English. Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred. Candidates with a background in ELV, electronics, or similar fields will be given priority.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in telesales and cold calling, preferably in automation, ELV, or electronics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet/exceed targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage WhatsApp-based marketing and outreach independently.
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Own visa required.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential and existing customers to promote automation products.
  • Maintain a minimum of 30 connected calls per day – mandatory.
  • Independently generate new leads through research, cold calls, and digital channels.
  • Use CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer communications.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
  • Execute WhatsApp-based sales campaigns, follow up with leads, and report results to the manager.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for post-sale service and installation follow-ups.
  • Continuously update FAQs and sales scripts based on real customer interactions.
  • Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close sales.
  • Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategy based on feedback and results.
