We provide bespoke safety solutions to preeminent companies, including many household names. We operate on a national basis with numerous teams of engineers bringing improvements to client’s safety and building fabric.
We have an exciting opportunity to join Keysecure as Telesales Executive based in our Nuneaton office.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to engage with customers over the phone. Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Xero, is highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE

Essential Requirements

  • Sales Skills: Being able to close deals, upsell, and cross-sell products and services.
  • Able to demonstrate competency with MS Office applications and web based software
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Experience of delivering administration support in an office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience of working in a Health and Safety environment
  • Driving Licence preferred but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,420.00-£25,351.35 per year

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers in CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Collaborate with the co-ordinator team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
