Description

We are a 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist (Preferably Female) experts for generating sales leads by cold calling, social media platforms and other online channels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Generate leads and close sales through proactive outbound calls and timely follow-ups.
  • Sell printing, advertising, and signage solutions, preferably with prior industry experience.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through a goal-oriented and driven sales approach.
  • Communicate effectively and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Conducts outbound calls as part of call center operations to engage potential customers.
  • Demonstrates strong goal orientation and persistence in achieving performance targets.
  • Handle customer rejection professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Apply advanced sales and negotiation techniques to successfully close deals.
  • Use MS Office and CRM tools to efficiently manage and optimize daily sales activities.
  • Participates in hands-on training to develop skills and prepare for role responsibilities.
  • UAE Freshers with 3-5 years of Home country experience can also apply
Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls using online/offline databases and directories to reach potential prospects.
  • Generate and qualify leads to schedule meetings for Business Development Executives.
  • Present product features, pricing, and benefits using approved sales scripts.
  • Identify customer needs through strategic and effective questioning.
  • Match products to customer requirements to drive sales conversions.
  • Record calls and sales activities accurately using CRM systems.
