Description

We are a 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist (Preferably Female) experts for generating sales leads by cold calling, social media platforms and other online channels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Generate leads and close sales through proactive outbound calls and timely follow-ups.
  • Sell printing, advertising, and signage solutions, preferably with prior industry experience.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through a goal-oriented and driven sales approach.
  • Communicate effectively and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Call center experience –outbound calling
  • Consistently strives to meet goals with determination and results-oriented focus.
  • Handles customer rejection with calmness and professionalism, ensuring a positive brand image is maintained.
  • Utilizes strong negotiation and sales skills to effectively persuade customers and close deals successfully.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools, enabling smooth and efficient sales operations.
  • Receives on-the-job training to ensure full preparedness and confidence in fulfilling role responsibilities.
  • UAE Freshers with 3-5 years of Home country experience can also apply
Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls using online/offline databases and directories to reach potential prospects.
  • Generate and qualify leads to schedule meetings for Business Development Executives.
  • Present product features, pricing, and benefits using pre-approved sales scripts.
  • Uncover customer needs through effective and strategic questioning.
  • Drive sales by matching product offerings to customer requirements.
  • Accurately document calls and sales activities using CRM tools.
