We are now seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and creating opportunities for our consultants.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Based in Bristol or the South West, with ability to visit our Bristol office occasionally (mainly home-based role).
  • Previous telesales, appointment setting, or cold calling experience preferred (payment industry experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Confident communicator with excellent English skills.
  • Must have own phone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to small businesses across Bristol and the South West to introduce our card payment services.
  • Promote the benefits of switching to a fairer, trusted provider and generate qualified leads.
  • Book face-to-face or telephone appointments for our consultants.
  • Use online directories, LinkedIn, and social media to source new prospects.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Follow up warm leads via phone, email, or LinkedIn.
