JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, excellent telephone communication, and proficiency with web and electronic tools.
Customer Insight: Ability to ask insightful questions and explore customers’ additional needs.
Work Process Proficiency: Savvy with MS Office and experience working with SAP are a plus.
