Description

Join our team as Telesales Executive. In this role, you will connect with potential customers over the phone, introduce them to our products, and schedule appointments with interested clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and build strong initial relationships with customers.

A Telemsales Executive daily duties focus primarily on informing & convincing the person they call to buy a product. The duties and responsibilities are:

  • Create lead by pitching product through phone communication.
  • Fix maximum appointment with potential clients.
  • Explaining products and product prices
  • Answering customer queries about products
  • Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
  • Following up on previous customers for potential sales

Job Type: Full-time

Requirement:

  • telemarketer: 1 year (Required)
  • Previous telesales or telemarketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
