Description:

WHO ARE WE?

Established in 2009 we are the premier, independent online service providing car servicing and MOT’s for consumers across the country. For garages who join our network, we can fill their books giving them year round custom without the hassle of marketing their garage. We are looking for outgoing, driven, money motivated telesales people to join us in adding more garages to our flourishing network.

This role will involve:

  • Cold Calling prospective partner Garages
  • Selling the benefits of joining our platform to them
  • Quickly building rapport & relationships with garages
  • Managing an ever changing portfolio of accounts
  • Building a strong pipeline of garages.
  • Working as part of a team, helping others and participating in regular meetings
  • Working closely with other internal departments to ensure the onboarding and adoption of our product is successful

Requirements:

  • 2 years B2B Telesales experience in a outbound role is required
  • Happy to be “on the phone” all day
  • Ability to build relationships, quickly and effectively
  • A great telephone manner and the ability to talk to anyone from Owner / Directors to Mechanics & Service Managers
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of CRM’s would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, money motivated team player
  • A “can do” attitude
  • An understanding of the motor industry and/or cars is not essential, but helpful.
