We are one of UAE’s fastest-growing brands in photocopier rentals, branded toner sales, and printing solutions, serving hundreds of offices across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and beyond.
We are now expanding and looking for motivated female Tele Sales Executives to join our Abu Dhabi sales team and help us grow faster.

JOB SUMMARY

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, explaining our services, generating qualified leads, and closing sales over the phone.
This is a key role that focuses on building relationships, converting inquiries into customers, and supporting outside sales teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

✅ Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or inside sales (minimum 1 year preferred).
✅ Excellent communication and persuasive skills (fluent English is a must; Arabic is a plus).
✅ Friendly, positive attitude and ability to build rapport easily.
✅ Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and earn incentives.
✅ Good organizational and time-management skills.
✅ Familiarity with CRM or Excel for lead tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

✅ Make daily outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our photocopier rental and toner solutions.
✅ Generate new leads and set appointments for outside sales teams.
✅ Follow up on leads from various sources — social media, website, referrals.
✅ Explain product and service offerings in a professional and friendly manner.
✅ Handle customer questions and overcome objections with confidence.
✅ Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
✅ Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead progress in CRM.
✅ Build strong client relationships and ensure great customer experiences.
