Responsibilities
Attend to inbound enquiries through the hotline, ensuring that all sales enquiries are handled promptly
Identify sales opportunities for cross/up-selling of products
Follow up on enquiries and promote direct business product activations
Conduct outbound phone calls to potential to market products and services
Generate direct sales through the internet, phone or fax
Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Section
Requirements:
No Minimum Education, Experience Required.
Posses good verbal communication and customer service skills
Highly motivated and sales-oriented
IT Savvy and able to multi task
5-day work week
Allowance with Commissions.
