JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting real estate properties, scheduling appointments, and generating quality leads for the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center operations (real estate background preferred).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or French are a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a telesales or customer service role.
