JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi
• Fluency in Kannada or Telugu is a strong plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets

  Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
