JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a Telesales Executive with prior experience in the real estate industry, preferably in off-plan sales or telesales. The primary responsibility is to call potential clients and schedule meetings with the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in real estate telesales is required (off-plan experience is preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a competitive and fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, to handle international leads
• Target-driven and self-motivated

  Pay: AED8,000.00 per month

• Make 150+ outbound calls per day, with at least 60 connected calls
• Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings to present real estate projects

• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper handover of leads
