We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team in a fully remote position. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a proven track record of securing high-quality B2B appointments.
Position Start Date: Monday, 22nd September
Your Role:
You will be responsible for canvassing companies nationwide to generate leads and book appointments for our sales executives. You’ll be focusing on winning IT contracts, providing comprehensive 24/7 support services, and prospecting for new telephone systems. This is a crucial, appointment-setting role, not a direct sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new sales leads through proactive outbound calls.
* Identify and qualify business opportunities for our IT and telecommunication services.
* Arrange meetings with key decision-makers.
* Work independently from your home office to meet and exceed targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B telesales or a similar lead-generation role.
* Your own PC or laptop, a reliable internet connection, and a professional headset.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* A results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

This role begins with a 3-month trial period. Upon successful completion, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build and lead your own telesales team, with a transition to a permanent position and a rewarding compensation structure that includes a basic salary and significant commission.
