OCCUPATION BRIEF

We are looking for a keen Telesales Representative to participate in generating sales for our corporation. You will be accountable for closing sales deals over the phone and preserving good customer connections.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
