We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team and help spread the joy of baked goods.
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for reaching out to our customers, promoting our products, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Your goal will be to boost sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Resilience and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Time Management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, existing customers and account managers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Use sales scripts to guide conversations and ensure effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Track and record customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve product offerings.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively addressing any issues, complaints or queries in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage enquiries and process sales orders generated from inbound calls.
