The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Operative to join our busy Lancashire team. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, taking and processing orders, and helping to maximise sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and care
• Process orders efficiently, including those received via voicemail
• Resolve queries and provide product information
• Complete all sales and order administration accurately
• Use company reports to identify and grow sales opportunities

About You:

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role
• Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
• Strong IT and administration skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• (Desirable) Knowledge of the foodservice or hospitality industry
