With over 19 years of experience in the Signage, Graphics, and Display Solutions industry, we are a global company with offices in Dubai and Florida. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Tele Sales Executive, your main focus will be on generating leads through outbound calls, social media outreach, and online platforms. You’ll engage with potential clients, present our offerings, and schedule appointments for our Business Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls using various lead sources (both online and offline).
  • Generate high-quality leads and arrange meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Use provided scripts to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Build rapport with prospects and emphasize the value of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Industry experience in signage, printing, or advertising is a significant advantage.
  • Target-driven with a passion for achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in outbound sales or call center environments is preferred.
  • Resilient and confident in handling objections and rejections.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Flexibility in work hours when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tele sales or lead generation role.
