Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Telesales & Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role involves making 30–50 outbound calls per day to generate leads, book appointments, and schedule CPD sessions, lunch & learns, and other client engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers within target companies.
  • Book appointments for the sales team, including CPD sessions and lunch & learns.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments.
