WE ARE HIRING: TELE SALES MANAGER – REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Telesales Manager to lead our telesales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum seven years in telesales with a mandatory background in real estate

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales analytics
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tele sales strategies to exceed department targets
  • Write and refine sales scripts for optimal performance
  • Lead, coach, and manage the tele sales team
  • Monitor team performance, listen to calls, and provide constructive feedback
  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations
  • Compile and present sales performance reports to management
