Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Telesales Manager for our growing team. This role involves leading a team to generate sales through outbound calls, maintaining communication, and collaborating with digital marketing and operations management. Responsibilities: ● Lead a team in prospecting, qualifying and closing inbound leads, outbound cold calls, and customer portfolio expansion ● Oversee daily sales progress updates and reports ● Collaborate with the digital marketing team and sales management to optimize lead management ● Ensure the team's daily use of CRM systems ● Train, coach, and mentor the team for successful telephone-based sales ● Develop effective sales methods and strategies ● Others assigned by direct report Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in any field ● At least 8 years of Telesales or Call Center experience required, experience in Bank/Insurance or similar industry is an added advantage. ● At least 5 years of experience in leading, coaching, or supervising a Telesales team comprising a minimum of 10 members ● Effective communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels, demonstrating independence, proactivity, positivity, strong work ethic, and driven a can-do attitude ● Proficiency in English ● Excellent team collaboration skills Work location : Near BTS Udomsuk (66 Tower)
