Telesales Manager
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: Flexible
We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Telesales Manager to join our growing Sales Team in Manchester. We are growing rapidly across all of our markets in Europe and have ambitious plans over the next few years, as we launch new products to assist us in our fight help independent takeaway restaurants. This is a really exciting time to join us, as we start the set up of a new sales team!
What we do at OrderYOYO
Helping takeaway restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and small chains are not subjected to lofty commissions and giving the restaurant the ownership of their success.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Establishing a new Telesales Team in UK and Germany, you will lead the launch of our YOYOpay product in all of our markets to our +12,000 Restaurant Partners.

  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment and focus across all sales processes.
  • Managing a team of Telesales Agents, driving both performance and personal development

You will work closely with Key Stakeholders across all of our markets to ensure we are consistently improving on our sales practices. So we need someone that will bring new ideas to the table and not be afraid to think outside of the box.

Other Objectives for the Telesales Manager:

You are expected to:

  • Report and forecast Sales performance
  • Provide support to key stakeholders on processes relating to YOYOpay
  • Identify and action blind spots and develop new initiatives and solutions

The Job

Managing members of the Telesales Team

  • You will be accountable for the overall team performance
  • Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Quality control of sales to ensure they meet the required standard
  • You need to be present to support and offer any guidance to the team when needed
  • Supporting with team call shadowing and providing constructive feedback.
  • Monitoring Key Inputs of team – With a focus on calls, meetings booked, conversion rate and signings over the phone
  • Conducting 1-1s, coaching and developing team strengths and improving any weaknesses
  • Supporting with recruitment and induction of new team members
  • At times leading with example and showing team best practice

  • Identify and suggest areas of improvements across function and business
