We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Manager with proven international sales experience to lead our telesales team targeting global clients. The ideal candidate must have successfully managed telesales teams, driven revenue in fast-paced environments, and be a British passport holder with a deep understanding of international markets, particularly the UK and Europe.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must hold a valid British passport
  • Minimum 5–8 years of telesales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Proven international sales exposure, particularly in UK/European markets
  • Background in real estate, investment products, or luxury sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong CRM knowledge and call monitoring systems experience
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of driving teams to exceed targets
Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing telesales team
  • Drive team productivity, ensuring achievement of KPIs and sales targets
  • Monitor individual performance, conduct reviews, and implement performance improvement plans as needed
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute telesales strategies tailored to UK and international investors
  • Identify new markets and outreach opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing for effective campaign planning and execution
  • Client Engagement:
  • Handle high-net-worth international client interactions
  • Close sales over the phone with professionalism, confidence, and strong product knowledge
  • Maintain and grow client relationships with regular follow-ups
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports
  • Analyze call data to optimize calling scripts, conversion strategies, and overall sales processes
  • Training & Development:
  • Design and deliver training sessions to upskill the telesales team
  • Share international market trends and client behavior insights
