The Trade Centre UK has a fantastic opportunity for a Telesales & Online Sales Executive to join the UK’s largest independent used car supermarket. We are looking for motivated and professional individuals who strive to provide the highest levels of customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships. As part of our Telesales & Online Sales team you will be key to our business growth by ensuring all our customers receive a 5-star experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Great communication skills to help you build rapport with our customers.
  • Confident in using Microsoft office, excel and CRM platforms.
  • Previous experience within customer service, call centre or a sales environment are preferred but not essential.
  • To be passionate about what you do, have a real sense of self drive and determination to be the best you can be.
  • To share our values and put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver a 5 Star Experience to every customer you come into contact with.
  • Professional phone manner and communication skills.
  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls turning leads into sales.
  • Engaging with customers and understanding their needs to be able to assist them with their car purchase.
  • Following up email leads / online enquiries turning these leads into sales.
  • Provide details of any promotions or offers to our customers.
  • Great time management skills to manage your workload as well as supporting the daily tasks within the team.
  • Hours: 40 hours worked over 7 days (5 days a week to include regular weekend working)
