Panks Auto Electrical are looking for an Telesales Operative to work in our very successful and friendly team. You would need to be a team player and have great customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.

WE WOULD BE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Numerate, literate and good computer skills
• Good team worker
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
• Attention to detail
  Working hours would be between 8.30am -5.30pm and working a 42.5 hours per week with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.
  There would be a 3-6 month probationary period, then permanent for the right candidate.

• Manage both in- and out-bound calls to and from customers
• Vehicle Registration lookups
• Looking up parts/part numbers, identifying parts required
• Raising Invoices
• Representing the company in a positive manner, being polite & courteous
• Developing product knowledge
• Working on the trade counter, welcoming customers & assisting with enquires
