Description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Telesales Operative for our Parts Plus Centre in Swindon, to be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, whilst achieving allocated sales targets. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday AM’s, with a basic salary of £30,800 and an OTE of £33,800 reporting to the Centre Manager.

Responsibilities

As a Telesales Operative you will be responsible for and not limited to:

  • Processing the required number of incoming and outgoing calls per day to achieve set KPI’s
  • Accurately identifying parts to meet the customer sales requirement
  • Ensuring the proper and accurate usage of all systems to search and order parts
  • Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Ensuring all Parts Plus policies and procedures are followed
